192.168.100.1 is a block C private IP address (like any 192.168.x.x addresses). This is another address used by router and modem manufacturers as a default gateway IP address. 192.168.100.1 is rarely used but there are still a few modem and router models with this address assigned to them as a default IP. The Comcast is the gateway, at IP 10.0.0.1 and the AP is IP 10.0.0.3. I have the DHCP off on the WD router.
